1. Step Tracker (Home)
Earn IM Coins for every step you take!
Open the app daily to validate your steps. Your IM Coins are added to the Step Wallet, where they can be converted into Trophy Points to redeem rewards in the Store.
2. Challenges
Join new challenges every month and stay motivated through a fun, social community. Complete daily and weekly goals, and collect Trophy Points to redeem rewards.
Challenge Types:
-Steps (e.g., 5,000 steps/day)
-Sleep (e.g., 7 hours for 5 days)
-Fitness (e.g., Gym, cardio)
-Nutrition (e.g., hydration, healthy meals)
-Wellness (e.g., meditation, gratitude)
3. Fun & Bonus Activities
Take part in fun bonus activities to stay engaged and earn extra points, including: Super Draws/ Quizzes/ Polls/ Contests
4. Health Plans
Choose from 22 guided health plans designed to support your Fitness, Nutrition, and Wellness goals. Each plan includes curated content such as videos, tips, and helpful facts to keep you on track. You can join and start any plan at any time.
The Store accepts Trophy Points only. You can earn Trophy Points in two ways:
1. Step Tracker
Steps → IM Coins → Convert to Trophy Points → Redeem in the Store
Note: A minimum number of IM Coins is required before conversion. Check the conditions in the My Wallet section.
2. Challenges
Daily & weekly goals → Trophy Points → Redeem in the Store
Note: Trophy Points are earned through Challenges. Each challenge offers different points—tap “Challenge Rules” to see how many you can earn.
IM Coins are earned through daily activity and referrals.
1. Step Tracker (Home)
Earn IM Coins based on your daily steps. There are two earning modes:

Campaign Conditions:

b. Each Step Challenge has one Challenge Mission based on collective steps:

c. Rewards must be claimed within the challenge period.

3. Scroll down and tap "Upgrade to Step BOOST."
4. You’ll be redirected to Play Store's payment page to complete the purchase.

1. If you see “PRO member” below your name, your PRO membership is active.

Data rewards of 4GB or less are valid for 14 days.

Rewards are open to users who:

IMove uses Google Fit and Health Connect to track your steps and sleep data.
To enable tracking, see this tutorial or the following steps:
1. Install Health Connect
Download Health Connect from the Play Store.
2. Sync Google Fit with Health Connect
Open Google Fit > go to Profile > Settings > turn on “Sync Fit with Health Connect.”
3. Set Up Connection
Tap “Set up” on the pop-up and confirm the sync.
4. Allow Permissions
Make sure permissions are granted so IMove can track your data.
IMove uses Apple Health to track your steps and sleep data.
To enable tracking, see this tutorial or the following steps:
1. Turn on Tracking
Go to IMove > Enable Apple Health, then choose Steps and Sleep.
2. Allow Permission
Tap “Allow” when prompted to give IMove access via Apple Health.
3. Double-check Access
Open Health app > tap your profile > Apps > IMove > make sure Steps and Sleep are allowed.
If your steps or sleep data aren’t showing in the app, try the following:
1. Start walking to activate step tracking
If you have synced everything but still see a red text reminder above the Step Tracker:
iOS: “Unable to track steps.”
Android: “Sync Google Fit with Health Connect & start walking to activate step tracking instantly!”
Try walking for a few minutes to register steps in the app. Once steps are detected, the reminder will disappear automatically.
2. Check permissions
iOS: Ensure access is enabled in Apple Health
Android: Ensure Google Fit is synced with Health Connect
3. Restart the app
Close and reopen IMove to refresh the data.
4. Wait a few minutes
Syncing may take time, especially if you were offline.

No. Users are not allowed to create or use multiple accounts on the same device.
If this happens, all related accounts may be suspended, the user may be disqualified from challenges, and no refunds will be issued for any active subscriptions.
